HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM:

Repairs help to revitalize the appearance of the neighborhood, strengthen connections within the community, and help preserve affordable housing.

Our repair program includes but is not limited to painting, landscaping, wheelchair ramps, minor and some major repairs on owner-occupied homes.

Home Ownership:

Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. We encourage applicants with inadequate housing who have been unable to pursue homeownership by traditional means.  We seek out individuals and families who are serious about their goals in becoming homeowners, maintaining their property, and partnering with Habitat for Humanity.

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. In compliance with Fair Housing Law, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), as amended, HFHMC does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, people securing custody of children under the age of 18), handicap (disability), sexual orientation or gender identity.
